Terms of Service

These terms govern use of agentaxis.com and the Agent Axis application ("Service") provided by Cor Tx Inc. By creating an account you agree to them, together with the Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms & Conditions, and the addenda presented at signup.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and a licensed insurance professional or authorized to act for one. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Provide accurate business information; carriers rely on it to register your messaging.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed per seat and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time before renewal from billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Messaging and calling through the Service
The Service lets you send SMS and place calls to your contacts. You, not Agent Axis, are the sender. You agree to:
- Obtain and retain the prior express consent required by the TCPA, state law, and carrier rules before messaging or calling anyone, including consent specific to AI-generated or prerecorded voice where used;
- Honor opt-outs immediately across all channels and never message a number that has revoked consent;
- Send only content that matches your registered A2P 10DLC campaign use case, and never SHAFT-restricted content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco), loans, debt collection, or third-party marketing;
- Hold and maintain the producer licenses required in every state you contact;
- Follow the Communications Compliance Addendum and Acceptable Use Policy in your account documents.
We may suspend messaging that violates these rules or that carriers flag, without refund.
4. Your data
You own the records you upload. You grant us a license to process them only to provide the Service. You warrant you have the right to upload them and to contact the people in them.
5. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, or use of the Service to harm others. No uploading of data you are not entitled to hold.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." Agent Axis does not provide legal advice; compliance features assist but do not replace your own review. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach. Export your data before closure; we delete it per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
8. Governing law
Texas law governs, with venue in [County], Texas.
