SMS Terms & Conditions

Cor Tx Inc. ("Agent Axis," "we," "us") operates the Agent Axis Notifications text messaging program. When you opt in, we send SMS messages to the mobile number you provided about your Agent Axis account and product. Message types include:

• Verification codes and security alerts.
• Account and billing alerts — login notices, billing reminders, and service notices.
• Product updates — new features, scheduled maintenance, and service announcements.
• Conversational replies — responses to questions you text to us.

We do not use this program to send marketing messages on behalf of any third party.

You can enroll by (a) checking the unchecked consent box on a form at agentaxis.app, (b) entering and verifying your mobile number during Agent Axis account registration, or (c) texting a keyword we publish to our number. When you enroll, we send a single confirmation message. By enrolling you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years old.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most subscribers receive between 1 and 8 messages per month. Verification codes and security alerts are sent when triggered by you.

Agent Axis does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent to that number unless you re-enroll. You can also opt out by emailing support@agentaxis.app or calling (661) 378-5656. Opting out of texts does not affect your account; account-critical notices will be delivered by email instead.

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.

Mobile numbers and opt-in information collected for this program are used only to operate it. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may update these terms. The version identifier at the top of this page changes whenever we do, and prior versions are archived. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
