This policy explains what Cor Tx Inc. ("Agent Axis," "we," "us") collects from visitors to agentaxis.com and from users of the Agent Axis application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account information: name, email address, mobile number, password, National Producer Number (optional), and mailing address.
Business information: legal business name, EIN, entity type, and business address, collected for telecom carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) and billing.
Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We store a token and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
Content you upload: contact and policy records you import into your workspace. This data belongs to you and is processed on your behalf.
Communications with us: support requests, form submissions, and messages you send to our support number.

Information collected automatically

Device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and referring URL.
Cookies used for login sessions and site analytics. Analytics cookies can be declined in the banner.

2. SMS / text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support categories, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to the Agent Axis Notifications program, we collect your mobile number, the date, time, IP address, and exact consent language displayed at opt-in, and your opt-in and opt-out history. We use this only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions, to honor STOP and HELP requests, and to demonstrate compliance to carriers and regulators. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and secure the service, including verifying your phone and email.
To register your workspace with telecom carriers so it can send messages, and to bill you.
To send account and product notifications by email and, with your consent, by SMS.
To respond to support requests and improve the product.
To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your uploaded contact or policy data to market to your clients or to train models for other customers.

4. Who we share information with

These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contract to use information only to deliver their service to us. A current list is maintained in our Subprocessor List, available on request.

5. Data you import (your clients' information)

You are the controller of contact and policy data you upload. You are responsible for having lawful consent to store it and to message the people in it. We process it only to provide the service, under the Customer Data Processing Addendum in your account documents.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after closure, unless a longer period is required by law. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for at least five years to meet TCPA record-keeping expectations.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it. Passwords are hashed; card data never touches our servers.

8. Your choices and rights

Update or delete account information from your profile settings, or email us.
Opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link; opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Residents of California, Texas, and other states with privacy laws may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may appeal a denied request, by emailing privacy@agentaxis.com. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights.

9. Children

The service is for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We will post updates here with a new version identifier and notify account holders by email of material changes. Prior versions are archived.
